PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING : The following is so the public can submit a nomination for a first responder to be recognized at our annual 9/11 Patriot Day Remembrance & National Day of Service. If you click on Submitted Names dropdown below you will have the opportunity to submit a positive experience you have with this first responder. Below in the dropdown list there is a current list of names we have received. If the person has already been nominated you can submit additional nominations for them by clicking on their name and filling out the form that opens up for that first responder. If there is a first responder that is not listed, you can click on "Click for Local Police, Fire or EMT Hero is not listed" button and submit the required information. Once submitted it can take up to 24 hr to be verified, though it can be less than that as we are working on them as fast as we can. By clicking the submit, you will be accepting terms that: 1. By submitting your nomination you will not use inappropriate language. 2. Any image you upload will be appropriate and of the nominated person. All nominations stories are not shown or shared to anyone outside of our committee.
